Mill District Developer Announces Plans for a 53-Key Hotel

Replay Destinations, the developer of Mill District in Healdsburg has announced plans for a 53-key hotel with local partner Mayacama, owners of a private golf and residential community in wine country. Mayacama will contribute their expertise in hospitality, and acclaimed vintner and food and beverage programs to elevate the guest experience at the hotel.

Canopy, Mill District’s first collection of 43 luxury residences is nearing construction completion and will welcome its first residents this fall. Designed by renowned architects Olson Kundig, members of Architectural Digest’s AD100, the homes transition effortlessly between indoor and outdoor living spaces.
