The Growth of Branded Residences

Branded residences are high-end residential properties associated with a well-known brand, typically from the luxury hospitality, fashion, or lifestyle sectors. These developments combine private homeownership with the amenities, services, design aesthetics, and prestige of the brand they’re partnered with.

Brands include Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Rosewood, Waldorf Astoria, Armani, Fendi, Aston Martin, and Bentley.

Often located adjacent to or within luxury hotels, these turn-key, fully furnished, high-design residences offer luxury services and amenities include concierge, valet, housekeeping, spa, wellness centers, gyms, pools, and in-residence dining.
